What to send for a quote
Email the following to sabri@title24verification.com or call 628-279-0069:
- Lighting plans (PDF)
- Title 24 compliance sheets — NRCC-LTI-01-E and/or NRCC-LTO-01-E
- Project address and city/jurisdiction
- Permit number (if available)
- Target inspection date (if urgent)
We review scope and respond with a quote same business day.
What happens on site
The certified ATT arrives, reviews as-built conditions against plans, and performs Title 24 functional testing on all required lighting control systems. Testing includes construction inspection checks and functional performance tests per NA7.6 — verifying sensors, shutoff, daylight response, dimming, and overrides work as required.
If something fails, we tell you exactly what needs correction. Once fixed, we re-test and complete the forms.
What you receive
- PDF copies of all applicable NRCA acceptance certificates
- Electronic submission to the California Energy Commission
- Final Compliance Letter for San Francisco projects when required
In most cases, completed reports are back to you the same day as the inspection.

Invoice sent after testing. We keep it simple — no retainers, no complicated contracts for standard commercial jobs.
